The World Croquet Federation (WCF) would like to thank the Australian Croquet Association and Croquetwest for hosting this 4thOver 50’s Golf Croquet World Championship.
We are excited that a WCF event has returned to Bunbury, Western Australia following the successful championships that have been held here in the past. We are very appreciative of the volunteer effort that is required to run one of our events and we would like to thank everyone involved for their support, hard work and enthusiasm.
The WCF’s main function is to organise our championships, but we also facilitate the development of the game. WCF regulations control the equipment, how the sport is refereed, the laws of Association Croquet, the Rules of Golf Croquet and of course, the format and organisation of our Championships. To learn more about the WCF and the work we do, please visit our website: worldcroquet.org.
We hope you enjoy the tournament, whether as a player, spectator or volunteer. Good luck.

Dear Croquet Participants, Officials and Friends,
As the inaugural CEO for the Australian Croquet Association (ACA), I am delighted to provide my first CEO welcome message for the World Croquet Federation (WCF) over 50 Golf Croquet World Championships to be hosted by Croquetwest on behalf of ACA at the Moorabinda Croquet Club in the beautiful Bunbury Region, south west of Perth in Western Australia.
After a very challenging two year period and the postponement of this event from October 2022, it is wonderful to have croquet events are back on the calendar and we are thrilled to be the hosts for this year’s WCF, over 50 Golf Croquet World Championship event. We especially acknowledge and thank the amazing team of volunteers from Croquetwest and the Moorabinda Croquet Club who have worked tirelessly over the past 18 months to plan, prepare and deliver this event.
We look forward to hosting players, officials and visitors from across the globe and we would like to thank the World Croquet Federation for awarding Australia and Croquetwest the opportunity to host this world class event. This over 50’s event provides a wonderful opportunity to not only participate in croquet at the highest possible level but also build friendships both old and new, foster meaningful opportunities to enrich lives and connect people from around the world.
On behalf of the Australia Croquet Association, we extend a warm welcome to all participants, officials and spectators and for those who are unable to attend the event, you will be able to enjoy watching the action via the live stream.
The 2023 World Croquet Federation, over 50 Golf Croquet World Championships are made possible thanks to the support of the City of Bunbury, Moorabinda Croquet Club, Bunbury Tennis Club, Croquetwest and the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, Western Australia.
